Can I give a brief explaination out of the translated term?

I have just translated PERCUSSION. I supposed that TermWiki will be the site for people who dont know well medical terminology or terminology of other fields. Can I add a brief explanation about percussion after I translate the term. like that this is a method where the doctor make a mild taps on patient's chest or abdomen. Hi Teditor, I have been translating all this evening and I had difficulties with some not so correct definitions. I submited them and gave the correct way of explanation.Can you find them,please and correct them.
